Peminders requires that you give at least 24 hrs notice for cancellations for daily dog walking services. This excludes death in the family, or medical emergencies.

If you have dog walking services and need to cancel or change the number of visits, please give as much notice as possible, at least 1-2 weeks so that allows Petminders to fill your reserved time slot.

If you have planned a holiday and need to cancel, Petminders requires a week’s notice in advance or the cancellation fee will be applied in the amount of 50% of the overall cost/rate of the service for the number of days hired. This excludes death in the family or medical emergencies.
